Approx 15 foot extra long Halloween shaggy rag garland made out of lightweight plastic in orange, black and purple. Handmade, one of a kind. Strips are tied to an incandescent light string but I don't recommend keeping it lit for too long otherwise the heat could warp the plastic. Lights are green, orange and purple. Plastic is safe to hang outdoors and the pieces dance in the wind top. Also looks good as decor on a fireplace mantle, Halloween tree, Rae Dunn curio cabinet, haunted house party, hung over a doorway, or draped on a table as a runner.
