Cannon barrel swivels up & down on side pivots and wheels turn. Barrel is hollowed out as the barrel was cast in two pieces. Light rusting top on rod connecting the wheels, as shown in photo. 11" long by 4 3/4" wide. A very cool piece of military Americana! A perfect Christmas present for your Civil War buff!
