top Stunning stack of four antique Classics with gold lettered spines, published between 1873 and 1910.

—The English Poets, Volume III, The Eighteenth Century, edited by T. H. Ward, 1881.
—The History of Rome, Volume IV, by Theodor Mommsen, 1873.
—The Works of Alexandre Dumas, The Count of Monte Cristo, 1910.

A bit worn and tattered at corners and edges,
the spines have attractive gilt lettering and are decked with crossed swords, a monogram, and a Roman portrait.

Condition commensurate with age and use—a few chipped pages, yellowing, foxing, soil, a book plate listing a previous owner, corners bumped, a few torn paper hinges, spine fraying, etc., but still lovely!
Secure bindings and no torn or missing pages.
Still very readable.
