This is a fabulous pair of stylized Wall Street brass and marble bookends one with a brass bull on a green marble base and the other one with a brass bear on a green marble base hand forged circa 1970s. The bear and bull symbolize the stock market and Wall Street. Wall Street jargon says the bull buys in order to see stock prices increase and a bear does the opposite, sells in order to see stock prices drop. The front of one of the bookends has top a Sun Bank logo. No damage. Polished with minor patina. Each one measures approx. 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
