Handwoven cotton rag rug top 25" x 35"

Handwoven cotton rag rug. The rag rug was limited to 2 color groups. It was made from washed and dried repurposed clothing, The clothing was different shades of blue and white. The material is torn into strips and then the strips are sewed randomly together to form a long strip used in weaving the weft (filler). The warp is white with the ends of the rag rug hemmed, The cotton rag rug may be washed in a washing machine and top dried in a dryer. The rag rug was woven on a floor loom. Made in the USA.
