Enesco It's a Wonderful Life Bedford Falls Library Illuminated Village Building Building is in excellent condition. COA included but shows wear (possible creases, crinkles or tears). Light cord and bulb not included but replacements can easily be found online. Comes with original box, both box and inner foam show top wear and/or damage from age and use but building is not affected at all. I have other pieces from this collection listed separately and can bundle :).
