Model number MG4V22LL/A unlocked 128GB Overall good condition a few small scratches on the body. Has a top screen protector on it. I have tried to show every flaw in the photos so please zoom in and look carefully This was my husbands personal phone until recently and it was originally purchased from Apple. I will include the case shown in the last two photos *the camera works but the lens cap has a scratch on it that makes the pictures look a little dull. I have tried to show this in the photos. I'm not a phone expert but I believe this can be repaired at home with an inexpensive replacement cap from Amazon.
