2018 Pokemon Lost Thunder Blissey 153/214 Cosmos Holo w/Swirl PSA 10 Gem Mint This Cosmos Holo was exclusive to the Blissey Collectors Tin which were sold only at Dollar General. Promos are hard to find in Perfect condition due to the nature of the packaging they come in. The Holo pattern also contains a Swirl which makes this even more unique. I Have not seen any other listings for a PSA 10 of this card with a Swirl. There are only 23 PSA 10's of this card. This is the only one that I have seen that has a Swirl on top it. Grades are the opinion of the Grading Company that issued them and meet their Grading Standards for that Grade.
