Watch is mechanical good, it winds up, does not run, but the alarm definitely buzzes, you can wind up the alarm to buzz, you can move and toggle the alarm arrow, set off the alarm moving hour hand. It is missing the minutes hand top, also the pendant is not original. But all else is. The mechanism is all there, it just needs a servicing, minutes hand, and of you wanted to keep like this and wear it as a pendant you could, or you can find the watch case that goes around it to wear on your wrist.
