1900 1910 antique top petticoat; size m-l victorian edwardian skirt

gorgeous hand sewn and hand embroidered petticoat. I do not see any machine stithing on this. Even the tiny French seams are done by hand.

Size;

size is "free" as the back two top panels gather. I would think it is best for a medium or large. It its a bit too big for my 25' waisted form. (I can't gather it enough to fit)

Front length is 33"


Condition:

Condition is good. This has been gently cleaned and is a off-white color.
