Top Vintage Hand-Made 100% Cotton Multi-Color Patchwork Quilt, 64 x 76, as Found

This is a vintage 100% cotton hand-made patchwork quilt, 64 x 76, (circa 1940), as found. A few of the patches are torn (see photos). The many multi-color patches are cut into various geometric shapes and are secured to the reverse side by hand-tied knots of white thread. Many are floral, some are solid; there are several unique patches. The reverse side is a red, white and blue calico fabric. All the patches are machine-stitched together, and the back fabric has also been machine-stitched to the patchwork sheet. Except for the noted defects, it is clean with no odor.

Perfect for a day-bed or twin top cover, or use as a wall hanging.

Folded, it weighs 5 pounds.
