Vintage top Russian, Amber, sterling earrings, hallmarked twice

Very nice earrings, made in Russia, with tear drop shaped amber dangles. the top could be a Russia Headdress thought at first maybe a shield, but thats not the case,

They are hallmarked twice top embossed is :9 some type of hallmark and letter P, second embossed hall mark is a star within is a hammer and a Sickle which are Russian

Earrings are well made earrings in Russia are made with a latch to secure the back of earrings for secure reasons
found a few other earrings from Russia with the same type of latch for the earrings and one pair was dated from 1900-1917

amber top measures 5/8 in long. measures from sterling headdress to bottom of amber 1 1/2 in long x 1/2 in wide from widest point.
