The inside lights up yellow/orange with the included adaptor. There is a small chip at the base of the door that can be seen in the last photo. Comes in original packaging and the outer sleeve does show wear. The Styrofoam will be taped together to avoid it from separating during shipping. Comes from a pet friendly smoke free top home.
