This top is a weighty vintage sterling ranger belt buckle with the tip & two keepers. I believe this set to be from the 40s or 50s. It accomodates a thin belt and is accented with what I'm presuming is 10 kt gold, as that is typical of the Mexican craftsmanship of the era.
