• How it works
Once payment is made, and all required details are provided, we will then begin work on top your design. Once the customisation is complete, a mock up proof will be sent to you.

Details we need to receive:
• Name of the deceased
• A chosen image of the deceased
• Date of birth and death
• Names of loving family members (if you choose to display these)
• All the relevant information of the order of the service (please see image examples for idea of layout if necessary)

• Turnaround time
Once you have purchased and sent all the relevant information, the artwork proof will be sent via Etsy within 48 hours.
Please allow 24 hours for each round of amendments you request.

Once you have signed off on the proof your print will take 5-7 business days arrive with you.
