The drill has a bit of a difficulty of switching the lock/unlock twist to remove and place the drill bits. It's not that difficult and would describe it to putting a little more pressure as if twisting a bottle cap. Everything shown top in pictures is everything that will be shipped out. Nothing is missing and should be in good condition.
