Good to very good top pre-owned condition. Tested and works. Clean battery compartment. Train cars look to be in very good to excellent condition. The engine shows some very light scuffing. Batteries not included. Just a note that the batteries go in the top of the engine. There is one tiny screw to undo--you don't have to unscrew it as much as you think. Once you've unscrewed it some, give the top a wiggle and it will pop off. Took me a while to figure out I didn't need to actually get the screw out. :).
