Vintage pre-Columbian style pottery figurine statue Ancestral Aztec warrior god 50's Mexican Tiki decor free top shipping USA

From my collection of folk art from around the world-hand made burnished black pre-Columbian style warrior or god figurine clay sculpture from Mexico. Not authentic artifact as far as I know but reproduction from the 50's. Provenance is a garage sale where I found a bunch of these in a box with a AAA Guide dated 1959 so I am pretty sure they date back to then. One was missing a part so the type of clay construction can be seen in my photo. But this guy is completely intact. This one is a seated figure with coffee bean eyes, head dress, open mouth, ears with ear plugs and an offering bowl in his hands. These figures are pretty rare and look authentic. Approx 4 3/4 inches high and 3 top inches front to back. Weighs almost 13 ounces. Very good condition. See photos for more information. Free shipping USA.
