Rare Montana Platinum & top Palladium Round Cabochon

top This is a piece of Platinum/ Palladium ore. It is a high grade piece off of an actual core sample from the Stillwater Mine in Nye, Montana. James Mansfield dike.
It shows the Platinum sulfides throughout the piece. It is made up rare materials such as, Braggite, Pentlandite and Pyrrohotite.
This piece is polished and has a beveled edge to highlight the concentration of Platinum and palladium within. Super rare to find this material, it's the only platinum palladium mine in the United States.
