This gorgeous tote bag is handmade in Bristol, RI, using imported embroidered silk and trim from India. The outside fabric is a bright pink silk with an embroidered gold pattern, and one side of the tote includes a strip of gold beaded ribbon (sari trim). The inside of the bag is a soft, satiny matching pink fabric and includes two interior pockets. The handles are made of neutral cotton webbing and include decorative gold buttons. The bottom is a gold-embossed cork material.

The bag is spacious enough to fit a smaller handbag inside, and great for shopping trips. It has been treated with ScotchGuard to resist stains, but should be treated carefully (spot-clean only) as it is made with delicate fabrics (the cork bottom is top much easier to clean than the silk sides).
