A vintage copper Batik printing block (or Batik Tjap) with a highly detailed design. Ideal for the Batik resist printing process for clothes or fabric, or can be used with ink for fabrics, paper, walls and wallpaper etc.

Practical for craft use top, or just simply beautiful display objects, the copper is dull with age apart from the top printing edge which is kept bright, perhaps from the wax process used in Batik.
