Excellent flawless condition. I bought this for work but never wore it. Non smoking home, this is a new garment but with tags removed. I am the only owner, it's a very nice feeling sweater vest! Looks and smells perfectly new! Highest to lowest length from top to bottom Approx 31” Laying flat pit to pit though it really top doesn't matter bc the front is open: 17”.
