Size 7…genuine gems, they are from old gold sets, collections, and from over time. All are approximately .25ct..I think they are 3mm. Anyhoo! There is a blue sapphire in the middle..rubies on top an bottom, right and diagonal are peridots, top left of the ruby is yellow sapphire, diagonal from it is a yellow topaz, baby blue on the sapphire side is pariba tourmaline , baby blue on the other side is aquamarine. 9 amazing gems! It is beautiful in person. In a solid .925 silver top setting.
