The mannequin/pictures don't do it justice. Black cotton eyelet fabric with white cotton lining. There is stiffening fabric in the front bodice which creates a sculptural, squared off neckline with a deep front slit. Hidden front zip closure with hook and eye at top. Full skirt.
Dress is in very good vintage condition with no holes, stains, tears, etc. Some very light, minor discoloration at back lining by tag.
When laid flat, dress measures 17" across at bust (up to 34" Bust), 13" across at waist (up to 26" Waist), 24" across at hip, and is about 42" long from shoulder to bottom hem. Would probably best fit a modern US size XS or 0-2. For reference, mannequin is a size 2 and it fits about perfectly.
