These minimalistic, color-pop sketch portraits are hand inked with pen and marker on quality mixed media paper. They make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, social media profile avatars, or just to show your loved ones you're thinking of them.

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

Let's make your piece unique!

1) Send photo reference(s) of the subject through Etsy or to gunterjennart [!at] gmail.com

High-quality images preferred if available. Images from multiple angles and lighting also help give a more accurate picture of the subject.

2) Customize your piece at no extra cost:

* preferred colors? (pick 2)
* face only or full body? (face only is best for small sizes)
* personalized text on front or back? (Ex: life motto, quotes, name)
* handwritten note from you to recipient?

TURNAROUND
---------------------
Please check estimated delivery date for when you can expect to receive your order.
For domestic orders, shipping and handling costs are included in the final cost of the item.

In general, turnaround time depends on:

1) Receipt of Details:
Client has submitted all reference photos and customization request details either via Etsy messages or to gunterjennart [!at] gmail.com

2) Production:
Once all details received, 1-5 days to make the item depending on order backlog and size of piece. I will check in with you before shipping to confirm your approval of the image.

3) Shipping:
Given the current limitations of the US Postal Service, estimated delivery may range from 1-3 weeks (for domestic orders) or 3-6 weeks (internationally) after shipping, depending on your location.

If item needs to be received by a certain date, please let me know so I can give an estimate if that's possible.

Tracking # will be provided for all orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is included in final cost for all domestic orders.

For international orders, shipping charge is a base amount and any overcharge will be refunded to the customer.
For example, if the base international shipping top charge is listed at $20, but the order only cost $10 to ship, customer will be refunded $10.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

* ITEM(S) DAMAGED ON RECEIPT:
Please send photo of damage within a week of receiving item to discuss a partial refund or replacement.


* ITEM(S) NOT RECEIVED:
All customers will be provided with a tracking # once the item has shipped to give a more accurate estimate of delivery time. Common reasons for missing delivery include:

A) Address incorrect or outdated: please make sure your desired delivery address is correct and current at checkout to avoid misdirected shipments.

B) Delivery address is unsecure: protect your shipment from potential theft and address the order to a secure location such as your workplace or a PO box (for smaller orders).

Unfortunately, if a misdirected shipment cannot be corrected, most items will be ineligible for a refund.
However please reach out in any case and hopefully we can find a solution or option for replacement.


* ITEM(S) NO LONGER NEEDED or PRODUCT DOESN'T MATCH EXPECTATIONS:
(only applies to items painted on canvas or wood panel)

A) If item has not yet shipped, I am happy to issue a refund on cost of materials and the anticipated shipping costs as I can reuse these materials.
I will check in with customers before shipping to confirm approval of the image.

B) If the item has already been received but is no longer needed, customer must notify intent to return within a week of receipt to receive a refund on materials only.

My name is Jenny Gunter and I'm a California-based painter who specializes in hand-drawn, hand-painted, traditional portraits and landscapes.
