Fir top Hollow Form

I turned a piece of driftwood on the lathe. I found this piece on the beach about 15 years ago. It's 6" x 4 1/2" Here's a video showing how I made it.

Welcome to my shop, I started woodworking with my grandfather as a young boy. I continued woodworking through high school, and started woodturning after seeing a top turned project in a friends shop. Some of my fondest memories are working with my grandfather in his wood shop. Being able to share our passion for woodworking, ties it all together.
