This is a chaos chooses you item, came with no headcap, but I 3D printed one. It fits in easily, I'd recommend a little tape on top the back or something just to keep it from shifting, since I sized it a little loose. I don't see any imperfections with the head jumping out at me. I decided I like the anime heads better, personally.
