This listing is for a pair of absolutely stunning earrings by Native American (Zuni) artist Valerie Comosona. The articulated dangle earrings feature a sweet floral and insect (bee) motif in turquoise, malachite, mother of pearl and perhaps coral. Love the design, the excellent craftsmanship and mind boggling detail of these little beauties. These earrings measure about 2 1/4" in length. They are very light, weighing in at less than 6 g in total. The earrings are in good, but not pristine vintage condition showing top some surface wear and slight tarnishing, which is perfect for this type of jewelry. Signed by the artist. The earrings themselves appear to be made of silver, the hooks, however, are magnetic.
