KEN STEVENS SIGNED NORTHWEST ART POTTERY BROWN DRIP GLAZE AND CELADON 8 3/8" COMPOTE



This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks NOTE: there is natural crazing throughout. Very Nice Studio Art Pottery Compote. This features a green bowl on top with a zigzag base.



KEN STEVENS POTTERY CERAMICS

This came from the estate of Ken Stevens. Known for his work with porcelain, Stevens accumulated an extensive list of shows to his credit and was one of the members of a group of Tacoma clay artists known as Club Mud. Internationally renowned for his work, he was selected to be a Monbusho Fellow (Japanese Ministry of Education Fellow) and researched ceramics in Japan, where he enjoyed Honored Artist status. Stevens work and that of his students was featured in several exhibitions, and he appeared in the December 2001 issue of Ceramics Monthly.

This measures 4 5/8" High x 8 3/8" Widerim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Art Pottery Compote.
