A lovely set of 2 vintage French green bottles from the 40s / 50s. These are made of heavy green glass and comes from our family estate in Provence. They have a 1 liter and 300 ml capacity. The large bottle was made for a famous brasserie (Gastropub) in Marseille called Phenix. The small bottle is unmarked. My grandparents were a beverage, wine & Spirit wholesaler so we always had these types of bottles around the house. My grandparents and my parents will use these to store the olive oil from our own production (Very light sensitive) as well as homemade tomato sauce . A nice addition to your country kitchen.
Condition: These bottles are in good vintage condition. The glass is clear and free of chips. The metallic part are a bit rusty. I sell these as decor pieces only. Click on ZOOM for larger pictures.
