Vintage 1970's Werber, black formal top dress

Vintage 1970's black empire waisted, boat neck, maxi length semi/ formal dress. Beautiful sleeveless. Bust has darts, keyhole opening. Dress flows in to a slight flare. The top back is uniquely designed, low scooped back a button closure at neck line, 6 strap overlay and zipper bottom closure. Very beautiful vintage dress. Bust is 15 inches flat from armpit to armpit, length is approximately 56 inches from shoulder to hem
