The car is clean with almost no signs of wear. Includes Indianapolis 500 1989 Decal and sticker of Rich Vogler who finished 8th in the 1989 Indy 500. This item is hard to find in this condition. Original packaging shows some wear. This does include the instruction sheet and other papers that were included in the original box.
