TTC's Bluish White switch has proven to be an exceptionally popular tactile switch. Its close cousin, the Silent Bluish White Tactile switch shares it rounded but sharp tactility in a quieter package.
We have worked with TTC to bring the new 2022 tooled Silent Bluish White into the fold. Further modifications were made, the hardness of the bottom-out pad is further increased, the coil lubricant has been thinned out, and instead of the large hollowed-out LED cover we selected a more appropriate convex lens (enhancing keycap compatibility).
To truly make this a tactile switch, besides TTCs signature double coiled spring, the stem bump has been refined to provide a tactile force of 60g (42g actuation). The bump is crisp and clean.
This is a great silent switch, we really like them for larger keycaps (2U's+ and even space bars). This is the 2022 Silent Edition, it's not an easy find. Our switches are packaged in a nicely designed metal tin with a flex-metal switch puller.
