This almighty kitchen knife that founder, Shinji Suzuki devised in 1946 and the original form does not change from the beginning .(It is a good design)

It is usable widely without choosing a fish, vegetables, meat and the ingredients .It is the all-around type.

This knife is made of VG10 at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel
