Birmingham 2 Quart Cast Iron Sauce/Stew Pot with Fire Ring.

The Birmingham Stove & Range Company was a manufacturer which produced cast iron wood stoves and cookware in Birmingham Alabama from 1902 to 1993. During this time they became well known for series such as: Red Mountain, Century, Pioneer, and Lady Bess. Birmingham Stove & Range made ordinary skillets for ordinary cooks. But the methods they used, and even their designs are still in use today.

This piece has been cleaned and seasoned with two coats of organic flaxseed oil, so it is ready for everyday cooking.

Some Cast Iron Cookware can have discoloration, factory markings and utensil marks, this will even out and darken top with use.
