Lovely Victorian/Edwardian lavalier butterfly necklace, featuring a delicate filigree butterfly decorated with seed pearls, an enamel turquoise teardrop dangle and two turquoise-colored stones that could be real sleeping beauty turquoise (but I am not sure). The butterfly and chain are sterling silver (tested, chain clasp is also stamped). In very good antique pre-owned condition with wear commensurate with age. This is a really beautiful feminine piece that can be dressed up or down, as it has the right balance of sophistication and simplicity (not too ornate or elaborate but still very striking, a classy statement piece). Delicate, romantic, and beautifully crafted, this unique piece is a true charmer. Much better in person, photos don't do it justice.

Butterfly about 1.25 x 1 top inch (including the teardrop dangle). Wearable length about 15.75 inches. 5 grams.
