Top Heraclitus

The pre-Socratic ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus, known as "the weeping philosopher" because of his pessimistic view of human nature. Heraclitus said that all is fire top, in measures being kindled and in measures going out. Heraclitus said that the way up is the way down. It was Heraclitus who said that one never puts one's foot into the same river twice. Heraclitus said "panta rei" (all is flux, all changes).
